March 19th 2010,Billy Rockwell and Hitori Tori release District 1, the first volume in a series of digital singles of deep oscillating bass lines and frenetic cut ups. District 1 begins with Rockwell’s Slomo, a fully synthetic bubbling treatment of spatial breaks and synth murder. Hitori Tori follows with Tis Te The, tearing, taping and destroying info-media, hip hop, and ragga jungle with his crisp production. Expect more to come in this series!
